Zayn Malik officially named Zayn Jawwad Malik was borned on 12 January 1993. He lives in West Baildon, England. He is a Pakistani and a practicing Muslim. His father Yasir Malik is a pakistani but his mother Trisha Malik is a born Christian but after the marriage she converted to Islam. He have three sisters one older Doniyah Malik and two younger ones named Waliyah and Saffah.At the age of 17 he auditioned for the famous singing competition "The X-factor". He auditioned for the boys category but did not qualify for it. Zyn was sad and going back home when the judges called him and other four of members he dedicated them as 1 diraction.
